The Whang brothers, Jason (21, a student at Brown University) and Elijah (an 11th grader at BASIS San Antonio Shavano Campus), created a free app that will help customers rate businesses on their COVID-19 safety protocols. “Co-Crit” launched in January and they say have had about 350 downloads since then. Isabella Jimenez, a Johnson High School senior, created the app, “My Fun Food.” It’s filled with healthy, kid-friendly recipes as well as games to keep those kids busy while waiting for dinner. The app is free in the Apple store.
