Registration is open now to host a soldier from Fort Sam Houston for Thanksgiving. Maybe you'll host multiple soldiers. For some it'll be their first major holiday away from family. This is a great way to let them know they aren't alone and that they're appreciated.
Last year, 218 families and 750 soldiers participated in Mission Thanksgiving, which started more than 20 years ago. Isn't that wonderful?
